Each year associates from all of our Austin area offices come together to serve the community in something other than selling homes.  The second Thursday in May we celebrate our Cultural Leader Mo Anderson's birthday by volunteering for community service all over Austin.  It is a day our Realtors® put down their cell phones, pen and paper to pick up shovels, hammers and cleaning supplies.  Know as RED DAY,  it is a time we all help to Renew Energize & Donate to the Austin community we know and love.

Each office takes on a project in their community to spread the love and service as much as possible.  This year, Keller William Realty Lake Travis Realtors® have spent weeks preparing for one of the largest garage sales their commuinty has ever seen.

The 2013 Austin housing market has gotten off to a great start and is continuing to show signs of being a sellers market.  This may have you considering the sale of your home.  You may also being feeling like the couple from the ad in the used car sales commercial, “Where do I start?!”  Of course, we believe you begin by contacting one of our educated and service focused agents first.  However, that may not help you sleep at night when considering the excitement of selling and moving on to the next home.  Below is a short list of things we suggest you focus on to help you keep calm and move on to the next home.
