Judy Allen has lived in Austin for over 40 years. Growing up on Lake Austin, sailing on ake Travis and watching the Hill Country evolve from wilderness and ranch land to the diverse residential and commercial community it is today.
Judy has experienced a wonderful and successful career in real estate since 1978. Experienced in commercial management, sales and leasing in the Austin real estate markets. She began her career with Pioneer Property Management Company in 1980 and built a management portfolio consisting of over 350 single family residences, 600 + units of multi-family apartments, office building and shopping centers. She raised her two children in Bee Cave and was one of the principal activists for the City of Bee Cave incorporation. She expanded her real estate career to the lake and hill country areas of Austin and sold land for large residential developments and commercial properties until 2003.
She then moved to her family ranch in South Texas where she served as a board member for the HOA and she facilitated many board policies that created a profitable HOA for the owners and amended title defects and property owner water rights, which in turn created better resale and property values for the owners.
Judy is a pleasure to work with and she loves finding the right property for her clients, with her extensive knowledge of the Lake, Hill Country and Austin areas she is an expert on areas for her potential clients. She is very excited to start this next phase of my real estate career in residential sales. She could not be happier to be a part of Keller Williams and the amazing team behind her allowing her to offer a vast resource of expertise, support and ongoing education.
